The hotel boasts an excellent location just opposite a central park, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. Guests can enjoy a clean and well-presented room with helpful staff who speak good English. the property also features good restaurant and excellent undercover parking facilities.
Guests have reported some issues with the night staff turning off the air conditioning during the summer months which can be frustrating for those who prefer a cooler room temperature.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was good. The room was clean and well-presented. We especially enjoyed the location, as it was right across from the central park and just a 20-minute walk to the lake. The hotel also had a good restaurant, and we appreciated the excellent undercover parking in the private garage.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel had great customer service from their friendly and helpful staff who can speak English fluently. the location was also a plus as it was near the central park, with the beautiful lake and panoramic views just a short walk away. the hotel also had a good restaurant and excellent secure parking facilities.
Staying here meant we had to endure the summer heat as they turned off the air conditioning at night. We had to call staff in the middle of the night to turn it on, but they would turn it off again within an hour.

Location was central and allowed us to explore the city easily, and the staff was friendly. , on-site restaurant served decent food.
We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a huge disappointment. The air conditioning didn't work properly, we were sweating the whole time.
